Plant Health Care (AIM: PHC.L), a leading provider of natural products for plants and soil, was notified on 2 June 2009 that on the same day Boulder River Capital Corporation and its affiliates had a total interest in 3,200,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). This holding represents approximately 6.12% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
