Asian Citrus was notified on 25 November 2011 that Value Partners Limited bought 22,428,000 ordinary shares on 23 November 2011 at average price of HK$4.66 (equivalent to 38.71 pence).
Following the above transaction, Value Partners Limited now holds 70,523,000 ordinary shares representing 5.81% of the Company's ordinary issued share capital.
