Significant Charter Contract
All Leisure group plc ("the Group") (AIM: ALLG), the destination-led niche cruise operator is pleased to announce a significant 2010 whole ship charter agreement with a European cruise operator for the return leg of the mv Minerva's Winter 2009/2010 programme from South America to Europe early next year. The current published Swan Hellenic cruise programme from 30th January to 7th April 2010 will therefore be withdrawn from sale, and passengers offered the opportunity to transfer to an alternative cruise or to claim a full refund should they wish to cancel. Swan Hellenic is now able to offer two new exciting Spring 2010 cruises on board Minerva; from Cadiz to Piraeus (7th April to 19th April) and Piraeus to Aqaba (19th April to 1st May). Minerva cruises departing from 1st May 2010 onwards are unaffected.
Roger Allard - Chairman comments; ''It is testament to the quality and flexibility of All Leisure group's fleet that we have once again secured a significant charter for mv Minerva. That said, this arrangement should in no way be interpreted as diluting our commitment to offering full Swan Hellenic programmes in the future. In the current market environment, it is prudent where possible to reduce risk, particularly on positioning cruises, and the smaller specialist vessels operated by the group are ideally suited to such arrangements. This has also given us the opportunity to add two exciting new Spring cruises to our already comprehensive Swan Hellenic 2010 programme.
