Edita Food Industries Acquires New Land to House Its Expansions in Egypt for 2016 and Beyond

The Board of Directors in its meeting dated April 14, 2015, resolved to expand the scope of its existing rights under the The Board of Directors in its meeting dated May 5, 2015 had discussed the Company's need to purchase a plot of land in Six October City for purposes of expanding its production facilities and unanimously approved to authorize the Chairman and Managing Director to take all necessary actions to select a plot of land appropriate to the Company, and take all necessary procedures and move forward with the purchase. Accordingly, today Wednesday May 20, 2015 Eng. Hani Berzi signed a contract to acquire around 55,500 square meters of land in Six October City's Polaris Al-Zamil Industrial Park.
