Latest Shipment & Successful Recovery of Value Added Tax

The Company is pleased to announce the third successful shipment from the mine since restarting production. This shipment of 8,000kg of 27% tantalum pentoxide concentrate to one of the Company's major customers is due to leave the port of Nacala in northern Mozambique for North America on or around 11th November 2010. This is the first shipment to this customer since the restart of production in April 2010.

In addition, the Company is pleased to report the repayment of an approximate further circa $270,000 of IVA, the Mozambique value added tax (VAT).
