JMH is a subsidiary of JSH.Date of purchase: 1st April 2011Total number of shares purchased: 214,500 sharesPrice paid per share: US$26.60The acquisition of shares is made in accordance with the share repurchase guidelines agreed with the UK Listing Authority. JSH is subject to a requirement to maintain a free float of at least 15%.
