JMH is a subsidiary of JSH.Date of purchase: 17th May 2013Total number of shares purchased: 2,166,500 sharesPrice paid per share: US$40.20The acquisition of shares is made in accordance with the share repurchase guidelines agreed with the UK Listing Authority. JSH is subject to a requirement to maintain a free float of at least 15%.
