Shares Ownership Transfer

Edita Food Industries S.A.E. (the "Company") announces that Berco Limited has transferred ownership of 239,369,757 shares of the shares it owns in the Company, representing 33% of the issued capital and voting rights of the Company, to Quantum Investment BV. Berco Limited and Quantum Investment BV are both owned by the same shareholders with the same percentages (i.e. there is no change to the ultimate shareholders), and the share transfer is part of the restructuring of Berco's group and related companies.
