Shares in the Company Following Re-Registration
Manx Financial Group PLC announces that, further to the approval by its Shareholders at the Company's Extraordinary General Meeting held on 14th January 2010, it has now re-registered as a company incorporated under the Companies Act 2006 (as amended).
As at the date of this announcement, the Company's issued share capital consists of 63,416,450 ordinary shares of no par value.
ISIN (IM00B28ZPX83) and SEDOL (B28ZPX8) numbers remain the same.
