Following the recent announcement on 25 June 2018 in respect of the Redemption of Shares which took place on 4 July 2018, the Company confirms that its new issued share capital carrying voting rights comprises 52,570,692 ordinary shares. Accordingly, the Company has applied for cancellation of 65,592,161 ordinary shares from admission to trading on AIM in order to match the revised voting rights. Accordingly the Company now has 52,570,692 ordinary shares admitted to trading on AIM.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
