Following the recent announcements on 29 July 2019 and 1 August 2019 in respect of the Redemption of Shares which took place on 9 August 2019, the Company confirms that its new issued share capital carrying voting rights is 17,626,993. Accordingly, following cancelation of 34,943,699 ordinary shares from admission to trading on AIM, the Company has 17,626,993 ordinary shares admitted to trading on AIM.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
