JP Morgan Chase & Co. and its controlled undertakings is the beneficial holder of the shares listed below.

29,150,000 of the above shares are held by JP Morgan Chase & Co. and its controlled undertakings in the capacity of discretionary investment manager for various funds.

The percentage is based on the issued share capital of the Company being 563,353,486 ordinary shares.
