Savills PLC31 October 2006 Savills Shareholding Structure The Board of Savills plc, the international property adviser, notes theannouncement made today that Trammell Crow Company ("TCC") has agreed to beacquired by CB Richard Ellis ("CBRE"). CBRE have stated that they plan to sell TCC's 19.2% shareholding in Savills.Savills will be happy to work with TCC and CBRE in order to ensure an orderlysale of the TCC stake in due course. Savills formed a strategic alliance with TCC in 2000 and the two companiescurrently have limited cross-referral of business.
