Intellego Holdings PLC23 November 2006 For immediate release 23 November 2006 Intellego Holdings plc ("Intellego" or the "Company") Former Director Share Placement Intellego Holdings Plc ("Intellego"), was notified on 22 November 2006 that theCompany's brokers have completed the agreed share sale via the final placing of3,500,000 ordinary shares in the Company belonging to Edward Arnett, formerdirector of Intellego. Mr Arnett now holds 3,320,000 ordinary shares, representing 5.6% of theCompany's issued share capital. The Company's nominated adviser and broker have waived Mr Arnett's lock-in inrespect of this sale which has a two year period from Admission, expiring on 13December 2006.
