Bodycote Plc Share Interests of CEO Designate
Bodycote Plc, the specialist thermal processing company, is pleased to confirm that Stephen Harris has joined the Board as Chief Executive Designate. He will take over from John Hubbard as Chief Executive during the first quarter of 2009.
Stephen, 50, was previously a main board Executive Director at Spectris plc, responsible for the operational supervision of a number of the group's trading companies. He is also a Non-Executive Director of Brixton Plc.
Mr Harris has notified the Company that his shareholding interests amount to 71,076 shares acquired on 20 October 2008 at a price of 140.7p.
