The Company was notified on 24 September 2008 that, as at close of business on 22 September 2008, Credit Suisse Securities (Europe) Limited had an interest with direct voting rights in 32,464,190 Ordinary Shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company, representing 7.34% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
