Shareholding in the Company
The Company was notified on 2 April 2009 that, as at close of business on 31 March 2009, Credit Suisse Securities (Europe) Limited had an interest with direct voting rights in 22,008,092 Ordinary Shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company, representing 4.92% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
The Company was also notified on 2 April 2009 by Standard Life Investments Ltd that, as at close of business on 1 April 2009, Vidacos Nominees had an interest with direct voting rights in 20,438,675 Ordinary Shares in the Company and an interest with indirect voting rights in 6,868,207 Ordinary Shares in the Company. This represents 6.109% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
