The Company was notified on 12 May 2009 that, as at close of business on 11 May 2009, Credit Suisse Securities (Europe) Limited had an interest with direct voting rights in 40,931,790  Ordinary Shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company, representing 5.73% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
