Shareholding in Sky Deutschland AG

Sky plc announces that as of 7 January 2015, its wholly owned subsidiary Sky German Holdings GmbH had acquired 891,999,347 shares in Sky Deutschland AG, representing 95.80% of the total share capital and voting rights of the company.

The balance to Sky German Holdings GmbH's stake of 90.04% announced on 28 November 2014 was acquired through purchases on regulated and unregulated markets and OTC. The average price per Sky Deutschland share paid under those purchases was EUR 6.71 per share.
