In accordance with DTR 3.1.2 and DTR 5.1.2, Wilmington Group plc (the "Company") announces that on 25 February 2015, Pedro Ros, an Executive Director, bought 22,425 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company at an average price of 222.0 pence per share. The transaction took place in London. His resultant holding is 22,425 ordinary shares of 5p each, which represents 0.03% of the issued share capital with voting rights.
