20.06.2016 - Report 14/2016: Shareholders who held at least 5% of the total votes during the Ordinary General Meeting of Bank Polska Kasa Opieki Spółka Akcyjna on 16th June 2016.

The Management Board of Bank Polska Kasa Opieki Spółka Akcyjna ("Bank") informs that shareholders who participated in the Ordinary General Meeting of Bank Polska Kasa Opieki Spółka Akcyjna on 16th June 2016 held 184,628,577 votes. As a result, the share capital of the Bank of 262,470,034 shares, of which one share entitles to one vote, was represented at the Ordinary General Meeting in 70.34%.

At least 5% of the total votes during this General Meeting was held by:

UNICREDIT S.p.A., ITALY, 00186 ROME, 131,497,488 votes, i.e. 71.22% during this Meeting and 50.10% of the total votes.
