Report 17/2017: Shareholders who held at least 5% of the total votes during the Ordinary General Meeting of Bank Polska Kasa Opieki Spółka Akcyjna on 19th April 2017.

The Management Board of Bank Polska Kasa Opieki Spółka Akcyjna ("Bank") informs that shareholders who participated in the Ordinary General Meeting of Bank Polska Kasa Opieki Spółka Akcyjna on 19th April 2017 held 183,593,538 votes. As a result, the share capital of the Bank of 262,470,034 shares, of which one share entitles to one vote, was represented at the Ordinary General Meeting in 69.95%.

At least 5% of the total votes during this General Meeting was held by:

UNICREDIT S.p.A., ITALY, 00186 ROME, 102,520,172 votes, i.e. 55,84% during this Meeting and 39,06% of the total votes.

OPPENHEIMER FUNDS Inc., USA CONTENNIAL COLORADO 12,256,350 votes, i.e. 6,68% during this Meeting and 4,67 %of the total votes.

AVIVA OTWARTY FUNDUSZ EMERYTALNY AVIVA BZ WBK, POLAND, WARSAW, 10,684,000 votes, i.e. 5,82% during this Meeting and 4,07% of the total votes.
