Report 23/2011: Shareholders who held at least 5% of the total votes during the Ordinary General Meeting of Bank Polska Kasa Opieki Spółka Akcyjna on 19th April 2011.

The Management Board of Bank Polska Kasa Opieki Spółka Akcyjna informs that shareholders who participated in the Ordinary General Meeting of Bank Polska Kasa Opieki Spółka Akcyjna on 19th April 2011 held 202,181,379 votes. As a result, the share capital of the Bank of 262,367,367 shares, from which one share entitles to one vote, was represented at the Ordinary General Meeting in 77,06%.

At least 5% of the total votes during this Meeting was held by:

UNICREDIT S.p.A., ITALY, 00186 ROME, VIA ALESSANDRO SPECCHI 16 V, 155,433,755 votes, i.e. 76,88% during this Meeting and 59,24% of the total votes.
