Sable Mining Africa Limited, the AIM listed resource investment company, is pleased to announce that it has placed 205,756,827 Ordinary shares in the Company owned by Harbinger Capital Partners Master Fund I ('Harbinger') with new and existing shareholders. As a result Harbinger no longer holds an interest in the Company. The Board would like to thank Harbinger for its support in the early stage of Company's development, and also the existing and new shareholders for their continued support as it fulfils its development plans of creating a major African focussed mining company.
