The Company announces that following the completion of the disposal of the entire investment in Planetcast Media Services Limited announced on 14 June 2019, the Board of Directors is now evaluating a range of cost-reduction measures and intends to consult with Shareholders on the matter. One option involves cancellation of the Company's shares from admission to trading on AIM.
