Shareholder Conference Call

North River, the AIM quoted resource company focused on the Namib Lead-Zinc Mine in Namibia, is pleased to announce that it will host a shareholder conference call at 9.00 a.m. UK time on Tuesday 31 March 2015. The conference call will be hosted by Managing Director James Beams and Non-Executive Director Brett Richards, and during the call they will discuss operational and corporate developments made by the Company in Q1 2015 and will answer queries from shareholders.

North River is committed to maintaining a regular and constructive dialogue with its shareholders and accordingly it will hold shareholder conference calls on a quarterly basis moving forward, in addition to supplementary communications as appropriate.
