SHARE TRANSFERS COMPLETED - REPLACEMENT

The following amendment has been made to the Share Transfer Completed announcement released at 4.00 p.m. on 15 August 2011 (RNS No. 3959M):

The transfer of ordinary shares to Raymond McKeeve has not been completed.

All other information remains unchanged.

Further to the Holdings in Company - Replacement announcement released on 1 August 2011 (RNS Number: 4799L), regarding the transfer of ordinary shares to each of Rell Investments Limited, Gary Wyatt and James Roddis, Porta Communications plc (the "Company") has on 17 August 2011 been notified that the share transfers have been completed.

The above transfer of ordinary shares took place on 26 July 2011.

There is no change to Rell Investments Limited, Gary Wyatt and James Roddis's beneficial interests in the Company as announced on 1 August 2011.

Once the transfer to Raymond McKeeve is completed, a further announcement will be made.
