As previously announced, the Company is aware of the requirement underAustralian Law and ASX rules to appoint two Australian resident directors toreplace the two that resigned from the Board last week and the Board isconsidering suitable candidates at present. Whilst the appointment process isongoing, the Board remains duly authorised to continue to take all decisionsand actions relevant to the normal running of the Company.
