Cobham PLC08 July 2005 8 July 2005 COBHAM SHARE SUBDIVISION As announced on 8 June, from midnight tonight Cobham plc's share capital will besubdivided such that each existing ordinary share will be replaced by ten newordinary shares. The new subdivision of share capital has been made to improve liquidity in thetrading of Cobham plc shares. Dealings in the new ordinary shares are expected to commence at 8 a.m. on Monday11th July.
