Share Purchase of Atlas Estates Limited
Livermore announces that, in the week ended 28 February 2009, the Company purchased 344,549 additional ordinary shares of Atlas Estates Limited ("Atlas Estates"), representing 0.74% of the issued share capital of Atlas Estates, at a price of 55.20 pence per share.
Following the above mentioned purchase, the Company confirms that it has an interest in 10,283,894 ordinary shares of Atlas Estates, representing 21.95% of the issued share capital of Atlas Estates.
