Purchase of shares by person discharging managerial duties

Renold announces that on 31 March 2009, Mr George Graham, a person discharging managerial duties for the Company, purchased in the U.S. thirty thousand (30,000) ordinary shares of 25p in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 17p per share.

Following this share purchase, his beneficial interest, including the beneficial holdings of his connected persons, is as follows:
