Just Eat plc (LSE: JE.), a leading global marketplace for online food delivery, was today notified that, on the same day, Sarah Plumb who is a person closely associated with its Chief Executive Officer Peter Plumb, purchased 12,314 ordinary shares of £0.01 in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 805.998051 pence per Share.
