Share Purchase by Director
Just Eat (LSE: JE), a leading global marketplace for online food delivery, was notified on 30 November 2018, that Helen Weir, a Non-executive Director, on the same day purchased 5,000 ordinary shares of £0.01 in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 589.1999 pence per Share.
Following this purchase, Helen Weir has an interest in a total of 5,000 Shares, representing approximately 0.0007% of the issued share capital of the Company.
