Getech (AIM: GTC), a geoenergy and green hydrogen company, announces that it has received notication that Michael Covington, Non-Executive Director, acquired 49,817 Ordinary Shares of 0.25p per share on 15 August 2022.

Following this transaction Michael Covington is now interested in 49,817 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 0.07 per cent. of the Company's total issued share capital.
