Share purchase by a Director

Paysafe Group plc (LSE: PAYS, the "Company") has been notified that Dennis Jones, Chairman of the Company, has today purchased a total of 10,000 Ordinary Shares of 0.01 pence each on the open market at an average price of £3.6468 per share.

Following this transaction Mr Jones has an interest in a total of 50,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.01 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
