JARDINE MATHESON HOLDINGS LIMITED SHARES PURCHASED BY JARDINE MATHESON INTERNATIONAL SERVICES LIMITED The following ordinary shares of Jardine Matheson Holdings Limited ('JMH') were acquired in the market by Jardine Matheson International Services Limited ('JMIS'), a wholly-owned subsidiary of JMH, acting in its capacity as trustee of The Jardine Foundation ('JF') which is a non-profit-making organization. Date of purchase: 3rd June 2010 Total number of shares purchased: 7,200 shares Price paid per share: US$35.8544 The acquisition of shares is made in accordance with the share repurchase guidelines agreed with the UK Listing Authority. The above shares purchased will be retained by JMIS in its capacity as trustee of JF.
