Share Purchase

The Company hereby announces that, on 06 June 2016, it acquired 19,991 ordinary shares of £0.002 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 201pence per Ordinary Share.

The shares were purchased on behalf of certain employees to satisfy 2015 annual bonus awards as disclosed in the Company's annual report and accounts for the year ending 31 December 2015.

Of the shares purchased by the Company, 7,103 were purchased on behalf of Gary Lamb representing one third of his 2015 net annual bonus. Following the purchase and transfer to Gary, he will be interested in 507,103 Ordinary Shares, 0.448% of the issued share capital of the Company.

§ The Isle of Man has a resilient and growing economy which has experienced 31 years of unbroken GDP growth. Unemployment is low at 1.9 per cent, and there is a zero per cent corporate tax rate which applies to the vast majority of Manx Telecom's business and means that the Group currently pays no corporation tax on its annual profits.
