Share Price Movements
The Board of China Africa Resources (LON:CAF) note the recent movement in the share price of the Company. The Board can confirm that the Company is currently in the final stages of negotiating a corporate transaction which, if implemented, will lead to a restructuring of the Company. In parallel the Company intends making a share placement at a price materially lower than the current market price.
All proposals will be subject to shareholder approval at a General Meeting.
The Company will provide further updates as and a when possible.
