PME African Infrastructure Opps PLC24 December 2007 24 December 2007 PME African Infrastructure Opportunities Plc("PMEA" or "the Company") Cancellation of Share Premium Account PME African Infrastructure Opportunities Plc, announces that on 21 December 2007it received confirmation from the High Court of Justice of the Isle of Man ofits approval for the Company to cancel the amount of the share premium accountand for such amount to be credited as a distributable reserve. PMEA stated its intention to seek such approval in its admission document dated6 July 2007.
