Stagecoach Theatre Arts PLC 04 October 2006 Stagecoach Theatre Arts plc("Stagecoach Theatre Arts" or "the Company") Grant of Options to Directors Stagecoach Theatre Arts announces that, today, Manzoor Ishani and RichardDawson, directors of the Company, were each granted options over 100,000ordinary shares of 5p per share in Stagecoach Theatre Arts ("Ordinary Shares") at an exercise price of 32.5p per Ordinary Share, being the mid-market closing price on 3 October 2006. The options are exercisable after 31 May 2007 but within 10 years of the date ofgrant and are subject to certain performance criteria relating to improvementsin the earnings per share of the Company. These options will not be treated asqualifying options under the terms of Schedule 5 of the Income Tax ( Employmentand Pensions ) Act 2003. Following the grant of these options, Mr Ishani and Mr Dawson hold options over244,444 and 247,786 Ordinary Shares, respectively. The options have been grantedin lieu of their annual bonus entitlements for the year ending 31 May 2007.
