Pentagon Protection plc (AIM: PPR), the AIM traded specialist in the supply and installation of enhanced glass protection and security, grants share options to Sales Director, Steve Harrhy.
The options, granted under the Company's EMI scheme, are exercisable in three tranches over three years. The exercise price is set at 0.42 pence and the options are subject to the achievement of certain goals. The total number of options could potentially reach 20 million if these benchmark goals are met.
