Share Options Award 

Nasstar Plc, announces that its Remuneration Committee has agreed and authorised the granting of options to subscribe for ordinary shares in the Group, under the Nasstar Plc Share Option Scheme ("the Scheme") on the following terms.

Options are being granted as follows: 

Director Options granted at 30p

Lord Daresbury 300,000  Charles Black 150,000 Damion Greef 15,000 Ric Francis  15,000

The exercise price for each Option will be 30p per ordinary share of 1p each in the share capital of the Group and the Options will be exercisable between the second and tenth anniversaries of the date the options were granted, being 12 September 2008

As a result of the above grant the Directors have the following options:

Options granted 6 May 2008 at 39p

Options granted 12 September 2008 at 30p
