Hiscox PLC17 November 2006 On 16 November 2006, Hiscox plc allotted 12,845 ordinary shares of 5p each at anexercise price of £1.465 and 8,458 ordinary shares of 5p each at an exerciseprice of £1.755 under the Hiscox Approved Share Option Scheme. Hiscox plc allotted 7,256 ordinary shares of 5p each at an exercise price of£1.22268, 8,865 ordinary shares of 5p each at an exercise price of £1.32166, and3,330 ordinary shares of 5p each at an exercise price of £1.5759 under theHiscox ShareSave Scheme. Hiscox plc further allotted 1,030 ordinary shares of 5p each at an exerciseprice of £1.465 ordinary shares of 5p each at an exercise price of £1.465 underthe Hiscox Unapproved Share Option Scheme.
