Hiscox PLC18 October 2006 On 17 October 2006, Hiscox plc allotted 5,639 shares under the Hiscox ApprovedShare Option Scheme at an exercise price of £1.281 each and 14,099 shares underthe Hiscox Unapproved Share Option Scheme at an exercise price of £1.755.
