Coburg Group PLC10 October 2005 COBURG GROUP PLC Establishment of EMI share option scheme and grant of options Coburg Group PLC (the"Company") is pleased to announce that it has establishedan Enterprise Management Incentive ("EMI") share option scheme for the benefitof its management and staff. Under the terms of the EMI scheme, options have been granted to acquire up to1,500,000 Coburg Group plc ordinary shares of 5p each.
