Hiscox PLC13 September 2006 On 11 September 2006, Hiscox plc allotted 444 ordinary shares of 5p each at anexercise price of £1.5759 under the Hiscox Sharesave Scheme, 761 ordinary sharesof 5p each at an exercise price of £1.5759 under the Hiscox InternationalSharesave Scheme, and 20,610 ordinary shares of 5p each at an exercise price of£1.465 under the Hiscox Unapproved Share Option Scheme.
