e-Therapeutics (AIM: ETX), the drug discovery and development company, announces that on 12 November, 2008 Brad Hoy was awarded options to subscribe for 80,000 new ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares) at an exercise price of 37.5p per share. The options are valid for immediate exercise and expire on 30 November 2012.

Following this award, Brad Hoy has options to acquire 80,000 Ordinary Shares and holds no other options or Ordinary Shares.
