Bunzl PLC03 June 2005 Share Listing Application has been made to The UK Listing Authority and to the London StockExchange for 341,175,016 ordinary shares of 32 1/7 pence each to be listed inconnection with the Bunzl Share Consolidation. Block listings totalling2,481,098 ordinary shares of 32 1/7 pence each form part of this listed figure. The block listings consist of 357,142 shares under the Bunzl Long Term IncentiveScheme, 1,076,618 shares under the Bunzl 1994 Executive Share Option Scheme,272,320 shares under the Bunzl Sharesave Scheme (1991), 503,430 shares under theBunzl Sharesave Scheme (2001) and 271,588 shares under the Bunzl InternationalSharesave Scheme.
