On 10 April 2007, Mr Russell Edey, Non-executive Director of Old Mutual plc,received 54 Nedbank Group Limited ordinary shares, issued at R135.10 per share.This was in respect of the capitalisation award of Nedbank Group Limitedordinary shares, in which shareholders were entitled to either receive thecapitalisation award in shares or as a cash dividend. This brings Mr Edey's total holding in Nedbank Group Limited ordinary shares to2,604.
