Purchase of Old Mutual plc shares by a PDMR Mr C D Collins, non-executive Chairman of Old Mutual plc, purchased via hisself-invested personal pension, 19,459 Old Mutual plc shares on 30 June 2006 ata price of £1.6367 per share.
